Almost all women suffer with dizziness and nausea during and after pregnancy. The timing could be different; some ladies suffer during early pregnancy while other falls sick during last weeks. The best way to keep such illnesses away from you is by eating a healthy diet. Avoiding spicy foods that are high spices is very important. Fried chicken, French fries and sausages are extremely harmful for your health especially during pregnancy.
Instead make it a habit of eating high protein snacks. You can also try cheese or tuna. Keeping your stomach full with small meals after every couple of hours and keep you miles away from nausea. Even a sandwich, few biscuits or crackers can help you in keeping your stomach full. Eating every few hours will not make you over weight if you eat only right snacks.
A well nutritious diet rich in all essential minerals and vitamins is extremely necessary not only for keeping you fit and healthy but also it is equally important for the proper growth of your child. Prenatal vitamins like Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin A etc are extremely essential; all your diet should contain vegetables and fruits that are rich in these vitamins. You can also take supplements of these vitamins if you doctors suggest you.
Proper sleep is also extremely important for pregnant ladies. It is observed that women you get sound sleep every night run a low risk of developing pregnancy complications like dizziness, vertigo and nausea.
No matter what is causing you dizzy, always try to lie down immediately whenever you feel the symptoms of dizziness. Most of the times dizziness also leads to headaches and nausea, simply lying down and relaxing can immensely help you to regain your energy. If it is not possible to lie down then simply sit down and try to relax by lowering your head calmly. This technique helps you invariably whenever you feel symptoms of dizziness during pregnancy.
